Tina made our day wonderful. After picking her from 5 wedding planners that thumbtack referred, I conversed with her several times up until I got to Las Vegas, 2 days before the wedding. I met with her just the day before. On the day of she came in and helped decorate.
As I was getting beautified by the awesome make-up and hair artist she referred Make-up in the , Tina completely transformed my hotel room into a beautiful wedding venue. It was so relaxing to know she had control of the entire function. You should know that she also helped me find the Elvis who was incredible and the after wedding dinner venue. As well as, the family dinner the night before. Anyone can tell that Tina Weghorst, truly loves what she does.
I believe that made all the difference. Thank you Tina!!! For this company, they honestly need to add more stars. I literally could not possibly be any happier with the help that Tina at Events to Remember gave us for our wedding. No review I could ever write would be able to explain how perfect she was!

I hired Tina as a day of coordinator for my wedding in Las Vegas. She kept in touch monthly by email and phone until I arrived in vegas. We met and she showed us around Caesars to where the wedding would be. She was so friendly and professional and helpful. She definitely went above and beyond and would recommend her for any event!!!! Tina is nothing less than amazing! She did everything to make sure that I had my dream wedding. Tina is awesome!
She has gone above and beyond to help me plan my wedding. She has great ideas and is so excited to jump in and help! Love her! The decor and baby inspired themed food was perfect. Everything I envisioned for that day was put together with sophistication and cuteness! I could not see that event going any other way! I must say, Tina has the best visualization and creativity of anyone I have ever met when she is planning a party. She covers every imaginable detail that you could think of. We thought we were in Hawaii!
My favorite was a 50s-themed birthday party. Everything from the 56 Ford, with a drive-in movie speaker box parked out in front to greet everyone as they arrived was perfect! It was just like we were back in the 50s. Know your visitors. Knowing your visitors also means monitoring the attendance of your event. There are always different kinds of visitors in attendance, from ordinary practitioners and small-scale buyers, to c-suite level guests.
You can streamline the check-in process using an event technology tool, which could help you to keep track of the visitors attending your event, the positions they hold within their company and their prestige within the wider industry. This can, in turn, help you tailor your event marketing in accordance to the specific roles your visitor, and make sure VIP guests are given the service they expect.

You can recommend various features, seminars or networking opportunities according to information you have gathered from them through the sign-up process or from interactive emails — you could streamline this process using custom-built registration forms. In a high-profile event, visitors need to be sure they can generate new business and secure new contacts, so it might be worth using an app that lets attendees communicate with each other, or setting up dedicated meeting rooms to make sure your guests can take advantage of networking opportunities.
You can also produce an event guide that helps guests plan their visit, ensuring they know exactly what they can expect to get out of your event. Provide a unique selling point. What makes your event stand out from the crowd? You might do this by booking high-profile speakers, securing a key industry influencer speakers, or simply by providing excellent and important features, speeches and seminars that appeal to a broad range of attendees.
Get the support of industry associations. Give your attendees directions. Sure, they can look up directions on Google, but giving them an extra chore can be a serious turn-off — and it makes you look unprofessional.
Providing directions, information about transport options and even hotel discounts can be transformative for attendees who may otherwise struggle to reach the venue.
